Index-Card-a-Day Challenge...mini watercolors

ICAD #7 Still doodling, kinda…this is more playing with color. Watercolor on scrap paper.

ICAD #8 desk shot… I decided to go with the challenge prompts…grapefruit & cherry. Derwent Inktense pencils, Lyra water soluble graphite crayon, & pencil on 4x6 scrap paper.

 ICAD #9… I decided to go with the challenge prompts…carrot & lemon. I sputtered, my Muse took a hike…so it was back to my comfort zone of watercolor and cat faces. Burnt orange and dark yellow with black watercolor…I used FW inks with a dip pen, Lyra water soluble graphite crayon, & pencil on 4x6 scrap paper.

ICAD #10… The challenge prompt is eggplant & ginger. This one hurt my brain…tomorrow is another day and another prompt…so it was a purple, ginger, and green thought. Ink and watercolor on 4x6 scrap paper. ‪#‎ICAD2015

ICAD #11… The challenge prompt is lime and mango. Sooooo here’s the Keeper of the Mango Fields with Lime Wedge Trees….prompt stretching here I come. Ink and watercolor on 4x6 scrap paper. ‪#‎ICAD2015

ICAD #12… The challenge prompt is parsnip and kiwi. I’m not a fan of parsnips but the kiwis were talking to me. Ink and watercolor on 4x6 scrap paper. Line work done with a dip pen. #ICAD2015
